Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect the contact details you type into the demo form, and nothing else. There are no analytics, no advertising trackers and no cookies for visitors. We do not sell or share your information. You can ask us to delete it at any time and we will.

Do not send patient information through this website. This site is not a channel for protected health information. Everything below explains why in detail.

What we collect

What you type

When you submit the demo form we store exactly the fields on it:

• Your full name
• Your work email address
• Your practice name
• Which EHR you use, if you tell us
• Anything you write in the free-text notes box

What arrives with the submission

Along with the form itself, we record:

• The date and time you submitted it
• The two-letter country code our host reports for the request
• Your browser's user agent string, which identifies the browser and operating system

We do not store your full IP address, we do not build a profile of you, and we do not track you across other websites.

What we do not collect

This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording and no marketing automation. It sets no cookies for visitors. The only cookie this domain ever issues is a sign-in cookie for our own staff on the internal admin screen, and it is never set on a visitor's browser.

Why we collect it

To reply to you about a demo, to understand which EHR you run before that conversation, and to keep an ordinary business record that you contacted us. We do not use it for anything else. We do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.

Where it is stored and who can see it

Submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database, which runs on Cloudflare's network. Cloudflare hosts this website and processes requests to it on our behalf. Their privacy practices are published at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Only our own team can read submissions, through a password-protected internal screen. We do not pass your details to advertisers, data brokers or any other third party.

One other third party is involved in loading this page: the Figtree typeface is served by Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser details as part of that font request. It is not used to identify you to us.

Protected health information and HIPAA

This website is not a HIPAA-covered channel. The demo form is for business contact details only. Please do not enter patient names, dates of birth, medical record numbers, appointment details or any other protected health information into it, including in the notes box. If you send us PHI through this form we will delete it.

The Amadex Care service itself is a separate matter. When it is connected to a practice's phone system and EHR it necessarily handles protected health information, and it operates as a business associate under HIPAA. We sign a Business Associate Agreement with the practice before any such connection is made. Nothing on this marketing site creates that relationship.

How long we keep it

We keep a demo request for as long as we are in contact with you about it, and afterwards as an ordinary business record. If you ask us to delete it, we delete it.

Your choices

Write to the address at the top of this page and we will, without charge:

• Tell you exactly what we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete it
• Send you a copy of it

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are used in California law, and we have not done so in the preceding twelve months. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our basis for handling your details is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you sent us. You may object to that at any time by writing to us.

Children

This site is aimed at medical practices, not at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. The internal screen that shows submissions is behind a password and a signed, short-lived session cookie. No system is perfect, and we will tell you promptly if something happens that affects your information.

Changes

If we change this policy we will change the date at the top. If the change is significant we will say so on this page rather than quietly editing it.
