What this page covers

These terms cover your use of this website. They do not cover the Amadex Care service itself. If your practice engages us, that is governed by a separate written agreement between us, including a Business Associate Agreement under HIPAA. Where that agreement and this page disagree, that agreement wins.

This site is information, not a promise

Everything on this website describes what the Amadex Care service is built to do. It is not an offer, a warranty, or a guarantee of a particular result for your practice. What the service will actually do for you depends on your phone system, your EHR, your configuration and your own written agreement with us.

Aprima and any other electronic health record, phone carrier or software product named on this site belongs to its owner. Naming one describes what we connect to. It does not imply that company endorses us, sponsors us or is affiliated with us.

Nothing here is medical or legal advice

This site is written for practice owners and administrators. Nothing on it is medical advice, and nothing on it is legal or compliance advice. Your obligations under HIPAA and under your own state's law are yours, and you should take your own advice on them.

Using the form

When you submit the demo form, tell us the truth about who you are and which practice you represent. Do not use the form to send us protected health information, anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to send. Do not use automated tools to submit it, and do not attempt to gain access to any part of this site that is not public, including the internal admin screen.

Submitting the form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, and it does not oblige either of us to go further.

What belongs to whom

The text, design, photography and code of this site belong to us or to our licensors. You may read it, print it and share links to it. You may not copy it wholesale, republish it as your own, or use our name or logo without our written permission.

Anything you send us through this site stays yours. You give us permission to use it for the purpose you sent it, which is to talk to you about the service.

Availability

This website is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be reachable, and we may change or remove any part of it at any time. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising out of your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Links to other sites

Where this site links somewhere else, that site is not ours and we are not responsible for it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version on this page is the one that applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of GOVERNING STATE, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about this website will be heard in the courts of that state.
